How can I check my order?

What if I need to cancel my order?

If the order was not shipped out, we will refund and cancel for you. Please contact us at [email protected]. But if the order was shipped out, sorry to tell you that we can’t cancel and refund it during the transit.

I ordered the wrong size Item Color. How can I change it?

If you need to change your order, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We'll do our best to make the necessary changes before your order is shipped out. However, if your order has already been shipped, it can not be modified.

How long does shipping take?

Why did my order ship late?

It usually takes 3 business days to prepare your order after you place it. Once your order is prepared and shipped, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

However, if it's been longer than 3 business days and you still haven't received a shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] and we'll be happy to investigate the delay and provide an update on the status of your order.

Why didn't I get an email about my order being shipped?

Please ensure that your email address is spelled and formatted correctly. It may have been filtered into your Spam/Junk folder. Where are your products shipped from?

We currently have several warehouses located in Asia, North America, Europe. Depending on the availability of our inventory, we may ship products from different warehouses around the world to ensure timely delivery.

Our swimsuits generally run true to size, but we always recommend checking the sizing chart on each product page before making a purchase.
