Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation page on our website.

Processing

It usually takes 1-3 business days for your order. You will receive another email notification when your order is shipped.

Delivery

Notes:

• For now, we offer services only in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Ireland, and the Netherlands.
• Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
• After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
• In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
• If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 45 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics-related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.

Tracking Your Order

To check your order status, login to your account and click on "My Orders." You can also enter your order email HERE to track it. Please note that it may take a few days for tracking updates. We strive to ensure timely delivery as mentioned on our website.

Note for taxes

Our customers do not need to pay import fees, duties, or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, some limited countries (especially some European countries such as Germany, Italy, the UK, Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.
